Developed and endorsed by company management, the quality management system ensures that customers receive orders that are on time, accurate, and complete in terms of the products and services that Jamjoom for Medicine Store provides to them. The system calls for adherence to regulatory and quality requirements and ensures customers that their needs and expectations are met.
The quality management system scope includes
(1) Quality control team which is certified by Intertek as certified internal auditors to ensure high standards for QC auditing of all JMS Warehouses.
(2) Storage, sales, and delivery of medicines and medical devices to customers
