Inventory Control

• Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports to provide stakeholders with actionable data and insights regarding current stock levels
• Maintaining the stock level in all our branches all over KSA to avoid any shortage.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis.
• Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders.
• Coordinate with customer service and logistics departments.
• Train other employees in asset inventory management.

 

Communication

• JMS Supply chain Team have the ability to professionally communicate with all types of people via phone, email, face-to-face and videoconference interactions.
• Developing communication solutions that create value, decrease problems and preemptively solve consistent issues.
• Establish trusted relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service and cost-effective deals.
• Collaborate with the other departments in order to achieve JMS goals.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.

 

 

 

Transportation

• JMS have a huge fleet all over the kingdom in order to serve our customer to meet their demands.
• Supply chain Team negotiate contracts and rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders.
• Discovering the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.
• Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards

 

Planning and Analysis

• JMS Supply chain Team develop and maintain various supply chain plans and strategies in order to forecast orders and meet customer demands.
• Our Team conduct monthly capacity and performance analyses to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned and integrated.
• Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-locations, route planning).

 

 

Management

• JMS Supply chain Team promote the design, development, and implementation of warehouse, distribution and logistics solutions, we also manage personnel productivity, inventory levels, data accuracy and stocking strategies.
• We often create and maintain safety work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• We implement strategies to improve service quality, employee efficiency, equipment performance and interdepartmental communication.
• Tracking  KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance.
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
